I have been lucky enough to be a part of the Bridalicious Boot Camp, and to work with Doug Rice. I have had the pleasure of designing the packaging and disc design for the new Boot Camp DVD, the web site, as well as various print and online pieces for supporting events.
The DVD is now available for purchase and I must say, as a fitness professional myself, that this is an awesome workout series! I love these exercises, and do many of them in my own Boot Camp classes at 24 Hour Fitness.
Doug will be at the summer Dallas Bridal Show at Market Hall, and has some really fun things in store. Come check out the Battle of the Brides competition! Not only is it a hoot, but you can win great prizes! Stay tuned, I see bright things in the Bridalicious future!
